5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order through our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. However, an order is not considered finally accepted by Aureth until it has been processed and confirmed by us.

Aureth reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the applicable amount paid by the customer will be refunded through an appropriate payment method.

Payments made through the Aureth website are processed through our designated payment service provider, Razorpay.

Available payment methods may include UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and other payment methods supported by Razorpay and displayed at checkout.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information where required.

Aureth is not responsible for payment processing failures, interruptions, or issues caused by third-party payment service providers, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with payment-related concerns.

7. Partial Cash on Delivery

Aureth may offer a Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) payment option for eligible orders.

Where Partial COD is selected, the customer agrees to pay the applicable amount required at the time of placing the order and the remaining amount according to the payment terms displayed during checkout or communicated by Aureth.

The applicable payment amount and conditions will be displayed or communicated to the customer before the order is completed.

The same applicable order, return, exchange, and verification requirements may apply to Partial COD orders.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Aureth generally aims to deliver orders within 7 business days from the applicable order-processing stage.

While we make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery timeline, delivery times may vary depending on circumstances outside our direct control.

Delays may occur due to circumstances including:

Courier or logistics-related issues
Operational disruptions
High-volume periods
Remote or difficult-to-service locations
Other circumstances beyond Aureth's reasonable control

The estimated delivery period is therefore an expected timeframe and should not be considered an absolute guarantee.

Orders are shipped using our designated logistics and delivery partners.

Shipping address

Other information required for successful delivery

If an order cannot be delivered because the customer has provided an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address or other incorrect delivery information, any additional shipping, return, or re-delivery charges resulting from the issue may be payable by the customer.

Aureth will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
