Refund Policy
At Aureth, we value your trust and aim to be transparent about our order policies. Each garment is handled, checked, and packed with care. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and payment has been made.
Since many of our products are made or packed on demand, we are unable to accommodate change-of-mind cancellations.
Please ensure all details (product, size, address, and contact info) are correct before confirming your order.
2. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on orders unless:
You have received the wrong product/size, or
The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
In such cases:
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Share clear photos and/or videos of the issue via WhatsApp or email/DM.
Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or exchange.
If the same product/size is not available, a full monetary refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Terms:
Refunds will be processed via online transfer only within 7 working days after confirmation and quality check.
Refunds will be for the amount paid after discounts/promotions, excluding shipping charges (if any).
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags/labels intact and in original packaging.
Refunds are not applicable for:
Minor variations in colour, fit, or design due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
Delays caused by courier companies or external factors beyond our control.
Customer handling issues (e.g., damage caused by improper washing, use of harsh detergents, or failure to follow care instructions).
3. No Return or Exchange For
Change of mind or dislike of the product after delivery.
Wrong size ordered by the customer (please refer to our Size Guide before purchase).
Items purchased on sale, clearance, or under special discounts.
Customised or personalised products.
