3. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately display and describe our clothing. However:

Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship pan-India through trusted third-party courier services.

Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping charges (if any) will be communicated before order confirmation.

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or loss during transit.

6. Order Cancellation, Return, and Exchange

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

We do not accept returns unless the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged.

For defective/incorrect items:

Share clear images/videos highlighting the issue.

Upon approval, we will offer a replacement or exchange.

Conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Tags and labels should be intact.

No exchanges/returns are accepted for size issues if the size ordered matches the one delivered. Please refer to our size guide before purchase.

7. Clothing Care Instructions

To extend the life of your garments:

Follow the wash care label instructions provided with each product.

Wash dark and light colours separately.

Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.

Line dry in shade and iron at recommended temperature settings.
