Business days do not include Sundays or public holidays.

During festive seasons, sales, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹2000 (within India).

Orders below ₹2000 may attract a standard shipping charge, which will be displayed at checkout or communicated during order confirmation.

3. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We ship across India using trusted courier partners.

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, natural events, or other external factors beyond our control.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, WhatsApp, or SMS (based on the communication method provided at checkout).

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will bear the re-shipping charges.

All clothing items are packed securely in protective and eco-friendly packaging to ensure they reach you in good condition.

Packaging is designed to be safe for transit and suitable for gifting.
